Medical Insurance Billing:
We accept most medical insurance for treatment of medical problems like dry eye, cataracts, and other eye disorders.
  We will file your insurance if we are a provider.  We also attempt to verify your eligibility before we provide any services.

Please be aware that Medical insurance companies often outsource their vision plans.
Although we accept them medically and will bill your exams to them, we may not be providers for the vision coverage 
which could incur out of pocket expenses that you might not have for in-network providers.
